Kurs “Macarons secret”

Under the tuition of Ewa Feix the participants will learn how to make macarons using the Italian meringue method from Ewa’s book, Zuckersüss.

The participant will prepare the macaron recipe from scratch as well as a strawberry and buttercream macaron filling. In this course, the participants will practice piping the macaron shells and how to make colorful shells.

As a bonus, there is also a small introduce to working with fondant, where the participants make fondant decorations to accent their macarons.

Each participant gets a box full of freshly made macaron to take home to friends and family.

The class is 4 hours and runs from 10:30-14:00.
